Phoenix Media Direct employs a variety of fully certified service technicians. Some of our services include:
- Repair of Wide Format Copiers, Inkjet Plotters and Colour Scanners
- On-site or Depot repair of HP Laserjet, Color Laserjet and Multifunction printers
- Move, Installation and Set up Services
- Repair service for Insurance Claims

Sometimes your equipment isn’t in the same place as your office; we have programs available for that:
- If your office isn’t located within the Lower Mainland/Vancouver Island area and you need repair, our technicians are mobile and arrangements can be made to have them brought to your door.
- If you have equipment currently at a remote job site, contact our office to arrange a depot “repair & return” once the project is complete so it’s ready for the next trip out of town.
Phoenix Media employs certified technicians who are warranty authorized for repair. Our sales center can also help you with warranty extensions and renewal. Contact our sales/service department for more information on available packages.
We have two technicians available to service the Lower Mainland/ Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island. Technicians are certified and use OEM parts and toner. Not located in BC, not a problem! Contact our office for a list of dealers in your area trained to get you back up and running.
We are an HP Authourized Service Provider and have four technicians available to service the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island. Service can be preformed onsite or arrangements can be made to have your unit returned to our depot for repair. Technicians are certified and use OEM parts and toner.
