- A matte finish, pH neutral artist stretch canvas designed for long-term, fade resistant fine art or photo reproductions when imaged with pigmented inks. The polyester/cotton blend canvas has a specifically designed coating which delivers superior color gamut and resolution. Torino 17M has the added bonus of water resistance when printed with UV inks. Torino 17M is also compatible with most dye-based inks for short-term indoor applications.

Sihl 3948 Instant Dry Canvas WR 350 Satin
An 18 mil single-side coated, satin finish, instant-dry canvas. Waterfastness with most inks, dye or pigment, combined with the satin finish eliminates need for spray or varnish overcoats. Double-weave canvas lends good performance when stretched and framed, minimal cracking. 100% acid free for archivability. Due to the presence of natural components (cotton) in the base material, the surface characteristic will vary slightly. The thicker coating on top of a multi layer gesso primer obscures some of the canvas surface texture, but minimizes pin-holes and other surface variability.
